By accessing or using the Eden mobile application ("App") and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Eden
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• You must create only one account per person
• You must provide accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates others' rights
• Spam, solicit money, or engage in commercial activities without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on Eden. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5.2 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of Eden (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Eden and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period
• Auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings

Your use of Eden is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Safety and Verification

• We encourage users to verify their identity, but verification does not guarantee safety
• You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users in person
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately
• We reserve the right to verify user identities and remove unverified accounts

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Request account deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

Eden is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• You will find matches or form relationships
• User profiles are accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Eden harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
